Which childrens book about tooth fairy had a child magically transported to the tooth fairy land?

The whole of the tooth fairys house (castle) was made of childrens teeth she had collected and the book had a blueish cover.





I had it when I was little but can't find it anywhere. I'm 23 so this was probably about 15years ago.

Reply:What Do the Fairies Do With All Those Teeth was published in 1996, so may be too new to be your book. It does have a blue cover, however.
