Tooth fairy????

my daughter left a note for the tooth fairy the other week,unfortunetly i think she found it in my top drawer along with her tooth!!!!!!!!!!she hasnt mentioned it,do i say something??she's 10.

As Santa Claus ( see my pic) I'm not sure I'm the right one to answer this, but you only think she found it. I would say nothing until/unless she does. Some children suspend disbelief cos they get presents that way!

Reply:I would wait until your daughter asks you something and then you can tell your daughter that you made arrangements with the tooth fairy to send the note and tooth back to you after she made a copy so you could keep it safe for her because you wanted a keepsake. If your convincing enough, she'll believe you. How cute!!! My daughter is 2 1/2 years old and I can't wait for the tooth fairy to come (well I can wait - you know what I mean).
Reply:No, if she wanted to believe that the tooth fairy isn't real she would have confronted you by now. She might know that it is not real but want to believe it is. It is funner for children to think that.
Reply:its up to u. i knew tooth fairy was fake when i was 10. because i seen my mom when i was awake. i didnt say anything at first but i did ask her and yeah i was right. its really up to u to say something if u want 2.

you could say the tooth fairy gave me this the other day. with your tooth She told me to hold on to the note and also told me that she will not be back for any more teeth. and asked me to give you your last tooth fairy tooth back. She said it was so clean and pretty she wanted her to have it.


She won't be back for any more because she is 10 years old and there are younger kids that need the money i leave under the pillow!

Reply:hello, I just want to say that I completely agree with Precious. Thumbs up to her. I would do the same as she suggested as I have with my son, who is 11 years old now. I would rather have them believe that then to feel like I hurt their feelings and whatnot. I also want to have children be as carefree and imaginative as long as they want to. There is nothing wrong with that at all. Let them be children as long as they can, God knows they grow up to fast. I have saved notes that my son has written for Santa, Eater Bunny, Tooth Fairy, and I told my son the same that I wanted to keep a copy of it......... and basically that is the truth.
Reply:I'm 12 and I learnt that the tooth fairy and Santa Claus weren't real at 7, in fact my sister is 11 and if any kids in her class said that they still believed in the tooth fairy they'd probably be made fun of; don't worry she'll get over it.
