Does anyone have any ideas for a tooth fairy letter?

I have a 6 year old and his tooth fell out today. I want to do someething exciting, something that would be memoriable for him. I need something to write that a tooth fariy would say. Please help!!!

Does anyone have any ideas for a tooth fairy letter?
I printed mine on pretty stationary from the Fairy and this is what I wrote:

Dear XXXX,

Last night when I was in (YOUR CITY) I flew in and looked in the star pillow. I found the tooth that you left for me there. What a fine tooth it is! The best of my collection, I think.

Loosing a tooth means that you are growing up and will have many new experiences to look forward to. Your baby teeth will fall out to make way for your grown up teeth.

XXXX, you must be certain to take care of your grown up teeth so you will have them for the rest of your life. This means that you brush them well and eat nutritious foods.

To thank you for leaving such a fine and important tooth for me I have left a little something for you, too.

Your Special Friend,

The Tooth Fairy

It's a start. I wrote a second letter a few weeks when her second tooth fell out. It was on different stationary and read:

Dear XXXX,

I wanted to leave you a note to say Thank You for leaving me another beautiful tooth for my collection. I've been watching you and your Mommy wiggle this loose tooth for a long time and am so happy it finally fell out!

*I am glad to see that you are taking good care of them.

Don't forget to continue to brush every day, go to the dentist when Mommy and Daddy take you and eat healthy foods to keep your grown up teeth looking as shiny and white as your baby teeth are.

*I can hardly wait until you loose your next tooth, but just remember to let it fall out on its own. I have seen some

children force a tooth out and they

just don't look as pretty as your

teeth do.

Enjoy the excitement in the morning of finding the money under the pillow!! My daughter got $3. Grandma was visiting, lol.
Reply:And thanks to everyone else who helped!!!! Report It

Reply:umm maybe something like thank you for the tooth im going to add it to the collection of teeth i have and build a tooth castle with all the teeth ive collected from the other kids.. lol i dont know something like that
Reply:i think a cute idea is talk about what the tooth fairy does with all her teeth. Also, put in there about brushing, because the tooth fairy doesn't like dirty teeth...this way its good for you too, he will remember it every time he brushes his teeth.
Reply:Here are several websites that have free print and personalize letters from the tooth fairy. I also like to sprinkle a little glitter around the bed. Also, here is an idea we thought of to help our son "rationalize" why some kids got more money than others. We explained that the tooth fairy pays more for teeth that are well taken care of...the cleaner and whiter they are the more money she leaves. This has inspired him to brush more which is great because it means the new teeth coming in are getting the benefit of it too.
Reply:Be creative! Talk about how brushing teeth is good, that he's growing up, and how the tooth fairy uses teeth to build castles and things like that.
Reply:I have a 5yr old son, and we do the tooth fairy box thing, have him decorate a small match box... any way he likes. and place the tooth in side and put it on a shelf. for the tooth fairy..and when the tooth fairy comes (she takes the box and leaves a small note, %26amp; a small gift). BUT If you do, do a letter I hope you do it on the computer, becuase kids are smart... hope that helps ...
Reply:I have a 6 year old little girl who lost her first tooth last week! She is very smart and was doubting the whole idea of the tooth fairy. We had to get very creative! Fairy stories are fairly easy....If you are writing something down for him, it must be done in fancy, curly, fairy writing (include sparkles, fairy dust) and it should be personal. Maybe refer to something wonderful that your son has accomplished lately, or something great that is coming up. Let him know that she (the fairy) is never far and has magical ways of knowing things about him. Good luck with this.... After all of the trouble we went to, our daughter was most excited over the money that was left for her. She didn't care if there was a tooth fairy or not, she was happy about the money.
Reply:you should write something about taking the tooth back to your castel made of teeth, when i was younger thats what my mom wrote on the letter that the "tooth fairy" left me, but the most memorible part was that she signed a name at the bottom, for example my tooth fairy's name was Natile and everytime i lost a tooth i always got a letter signed by my "tooth fairy"
Reply:Can't you make a family celebration out of the event without lying about tooth fairies? It's one thing for kids to read stories about fairies and magic, quite another for you to go out of your way to convince them that they're real and not just stories. It's not all about what YOU think is cute, it's about your little guy's development and perception of the real world.
Reply:Dear (name), Your are a cute little boy/girl with rotten teeth. Thank you for the ugly rotten tooth and here is your little quarter. Have a nice day!
Reply:Dear (INSERT NAME HERE)

Keep brushing your teeths and you will keep getting ( WHATEVER U HET HIM) If they are dirty you might not get a visit from me and you are a wonderful child so you should!

From,

The Toothfairy

And then sprinkle some glitter on it!
